Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus shipping. Items sent back within 7-14 days of the delivery will be issued a store credit that expires after 365 days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Items returned with signs of use or being worn will not be accepted. Sunglasses, seasonal, and customized items are non-returnable.
Items purchased on sale or with use of a promo code are considered final sale and not eligible for a return or store credit.
If you would like to swap colors or sizes, please place a new order within 2 days of delivery and follow the return instructions above for a refund on your original order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item that you paid over $50 for, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
